Get Started on Android

This tutorial shows you how to make your first Real Estate video in just a few minutes. Along with the video above, the following sections will guide you step by step on how to get started in Momenzo App on Android. You need to be a registered user to access the App. If you are not, you can start a free trial on this page.

a. Video orientation (Horizontal/Vertical)

- The landscape mode is recommended to make official listing videos on YouTube or for listing platforms.
- The portrait mode is recommended to create content for your social media (like stories, reels, regular posts or on your feed).

1. Click on “Record video”
2. Select the video format of your choice: “Landscape” or “Portrait”

b. Recording options

For each shot, you will have the choice between different recording options. To get started on your first videos, we suggest you only use the “standard shot”.  

Standard shot characteristics:
Duration: from 3 seconds to 1 minute
Usage: When you want to record a regular shot
Display: Your logo and the selected template

1. Click on “Standard”
2. Click on the red “record button”
3. Record between 3s and 60s (click on the red record button when you want to stop)
4. Review your shot and crop it if needed (you can crop the beginning and the end of the shot)

In section II ("During Filming"), you will learn more about the other shot options.

d. Add property details

When you complete a recording, Momenzo App will ask you several questions about the property. Answer as many as possible so that the App can fill the real estate templates used in your videos.

If needed, you can edit your listing details at anytime:
1. Go to “Projects” (bottom of the home Menu)
2. Select a project
3. Click on “Listing Details", you will be able to change the listing information

When you change a detail, the App will generate a new video with the updated listing info.
If you want to hide a listing info in the video, simply click on the “eye button" on the right of the selection.

e. Choose a template

You can choose a template AFTER you finish recording a video.

1. Go to “Projects” (bottom of the home Menu)
2. Select a project
3. Click on “Change Template"
4. Choose between the 20+ templates
5. Click on the “Save” icon on the top right of your screen

After choosing a new template, go back to the “Change Listing Details” section to make sure you are adding all the information the template requires (some templates display different information).

f. Export video

Once you are happy with the final video, you can export the video to all your favourite social media platforms.

1. Go to “Projects” (bottom of the home Menu)
2. Select a project
3. Click on “Export Video” (Big green button at the bottom of the screen)
4. The App will start exporting your video (it can take from a few seconds to several minutes depending on the video duration)
5. Choose if you want to save the video in your phone gallery (”Download"), or share it to other Apps such as Instagram, Facebook or any other already installed on your phone ("Application").

You can also export the video to your phone and later upload it to the platform of your choice.
