The step by step starts with a tutorial. The first shot is always really important in your videos as you want to catch people’s eyes once you share it. Never forget that once live on social networks, your video needs to stop your audience from scrolling down.
The Intro shot will show a large logo of your company in the middle of the screen.
Shot characteristics
Duration: 5s
Usage: At the beginning of your videos
Display: Your logo, the property city/address & the title of your video
1. Click on “Intro”
2. Click on the red “record button”
3. Record for 5s (No need to click again to stop)
4. Review your shot and validate (or re-do it)
In this shot, you cannot crop the duration after shooting as the duration is locked.
You can still import a longer shot and select the part you need (by moving the selector left or right on the timeline).
The standard shot is the shot you are going to use the most for your listing videos. In the final automatic editing, the template of your choice will appear on it.

Duration: between 3 seconds and 1 minute
Usage: When you want to record a regular shot
Display: Your logo and the chosen template
1. Click on “Standard”
2. Click on the red “record button”
3. Record from 3s to 60s (click on the red record button when you want to stop)
4. Review your shot and crop it if needed (you can crop the beginning and the end of the shot)
The commented shot allows you to appear in front of the camera and talk. In the final editing, the music will automatically go down while you speak.

Usage: when you want to speak in front of the camera
Display: your logo only
1. Click on “Commented”
2. Click on the red “record button”
3. Speak in front of the camera (click on the red record button when you want to stop)
4. Review your shot and crop it if needed (you can crop the beginning and the end of the shot)
The voice over is a shot to use if you want to speak behind the camera while showing the property. In the final editing, the music will automatically go down when you speak.

Usage: when you want to speak behind your camera
Display: your logo & the chosen template
1. Click on “Voice-over”
2. Click on the red “record button”
3. Speak behind your phone while recording (click on the red record button when you want to stop)
4. Review your shot and crop it if needed (you can crop the beginning and the end of the shot)
The speed up shot gives the video a speed effect. It is very simple to use. You will walk steadily during 17 seconds and the speed effect will be automatically applied to the final editing.

1. Click on “Speed-Up”
2. Click on the red “record button”
3. Record for 17 seconds as STEADILY as possible (no need to click again to stop)
4. Review your shot and validate (or re-do it)
The mini-lapse is a very condensed shot (inspired from a time lapse). You will record a 50 seconds video and a fast speed effect will be applied in the final editing. If you use this shot, make sure you walk slowly and steadily to get a smooth rendering.

Use: when you want to show a large surface in few seconds
Display: your logo & the chosen template
1. Click on “Minilapse”
2. Click on the red “record button”
3. Record for 41s STEADILY (no need to click again to stop)
4. Review your shot and validate (or re-do it)
The image import shots are used if you want to import a picture with a slideshow effect.

Duration: 4, 3 or 2 seconds
Use: to import pictures
Display: your logo & the chosen template
1. Click on “4s, 3s or 2s,”
2. Click on the “Import icon”
3. Select the “Image gallery” at the bottom
4. Navigate your gallery and select the picture of your choice
5. Click on “Import”
We highly recommend the use of videos instead of pictures whenever you can
If you need to import an existing video from your phone (shot on your phone, with a drone, or taken from the web), use the standard shot and the import feature.

1. Click on the “Standard” shot
2. Click on the “Import icon”
3. Select a video from your library
4. Crop it on both sides if needed
5. Validate
You can import videos in all the shots (Intro, Standard, Commented, Voice-over, Speed-Up, Minilapse, 4s, 3s & 2s shots). Use Voice-over if you want to have sound from the imported video in your final rendering.
